Joel joined APPLIED Adhesives in 2021 to lead the company’s automotive and equipment operations. Before joining the organization, he served as COO at Adhezion as well as having served in leadership roles in operations at several TIER 1 suppliers. Scheffler brings over 25 years of automotive experience to APPLIED Adhesives, specifically in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Joel has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. In his personal time, Joel enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing the outdoors.
